Dane grew up in Eastern Washington and (unless the Lord changes his mind) has been blessed to call this state his home. He knew God through religious rituals and rules, but didn't have a personal relationship with the Lord until he accepted Christ into his life and was baptized at age 29.
He met his wife, Nicole, in college and dated for about five years before they got married. They have three extraordinary children: Mason, Wylie, and Leslie.
His love for Christ is hard to put into words. Romans 5:1-5 are the Scriptures that he considers his life verses:
"Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom also we have access by faith into this grace in which we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God. And not only that, but we also glory in tribulations, knowing that tribulation produces perseverance; and perseverance, character; and charcter, hope. Now hope does not dissapoint, because the love of God has been poured out in our hearts by the Holy Spirit who was given to us."
